management team is a group of seasoned professionals who have worked
together before and possess significant domain expertise in the complex
service-scheduling market. They have extensive experience in core and
scheduling system development, networking, sales, marketing, professional
services and support, financial management, and senior corporate management.

Gary J. Johnson, Chairman of the Board,
brings more than 25 years of senior management experience for
technology companies. He is a highly respected
sales & marketing and mergers & acquisitions consultant for a number of
rapidly growing technology companies. Formerly, Gary was CEO of BSDi
(Berkeley Software Design Inc.) where he pioneered the Internet server
category, built the company with 1,000 percent revenue growth in less than
two years, and was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Wind River
Systems. Gary has served as President of Click Software, an enterprise
service scheduling software provider, where he developed their presence in
North America, developed the relationships with numerous OEM and channel
partners, grew the customer base with dozens of significant enterprise
accounts and positioned the firm to raise over $50 million in its IPO.
Gary has also held senior sales and operations positions at SCO (The Santa
Cruz Operation), Convergent Technologies, Tandem Computers, and Fairchild
Semiconductor. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
from Michigan State University.

Ted George, Vice President of Engineering,
has more than 20 years of software development and engineering management
experience in startup, medium and large companies. Formerly
he was Vice President of Design & Development at OnlineFocus Inc.
providing high-end
web services to enterprise size customers like Morgan Stanley, FedEx, and
Sun Microsystems. He has also held senior software engineering management
positions at InfoSpace, Inc., The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO),
Altos Computer, and Arete Systems Corporation. He holds a Bachelor's
Degree in Mathematics from the University of California in Santa Cruz
with post-graduate work in business administration
at Arizona State University.

Steven Beedle, Vice President of Marketing,
has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, with
expertise in markets ranging from Internet/Enterprise Networking and
Enterprise IT to eBusiness and Software as a Service. Prior to co-founding
ZNA Communications in 1994 with partner Zee Zaballos, Steven worked for
American Express, Hitachi Data Systems, National Semiconductor and SCO.
Twenty years ago, Steven developed speech for the world's first talking
computer chip. Today, Steven is a specialist at positioning and launching
new ventures, helping guide clients including Allegrix (Progress Software),
Array Networks, BSDi, Net Buy, NetScaler and Pluris to pioneer technology
markets such as the channel ASP, load balancer, Internet server, B2B
exchange, Web accelerator, big fast router, application delivery system.
Steven is managing editor of Blade Systems Alliance's BladeLetter, and has
served as executive editor of Linux Server Computing magazine and chairman
(and co-founder) of the Santa Cruz Technology Alliance. He has contributed
his marketing and communications skills on behalf of Monterey Bay
organizations, including Above the Line, the American Red Cross, and
Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Association. Steven enjoys empowering
anyone, anywhere to express creativity via the Internet, conceiving of
the unique Webwall for First Night Santa Cruz. He holds a Bachelor's Degree
in Mass Communications from the University of Denver.

Bruce Ludeman, Vice President of Sales,
is an executive with over 20 years of building and managing successful sales
and channel organizations. At Cellmania he implemented and managed their
direct sales group as well as a channel sales program with the national cell
phone carriers. As VP of Sales for ClickSoftware he successfully built and
managed the Western and Asia Pacific Sales Region. While Senior Vice
President of DynaLab USA, he built successful alliances with Microsoft,
Xerox, and IBM. Mr. Ludeman also built and managed sales and channel
organizations for SBE, Attachmate and IBM.

Gary Hagmueller, Vice President of Finance,
has over 12 years of technology finance & management experience. Most
recently, he co-founded & served as VP of Finance at WiFi network aggregator
Universatel Communications. Prior to Universatel, Mr. Hagmueller led the
finance & administrative functions of RouteScience Technologies. Mr.
Hagmueller also held senior level Corporate Development, Finance & Business
Planning positions at NorthPoint Communications, GTE/Verizon & Pacific Bell.
